In this issue:
The Ides of March are upon us.
We start our March into spring in Tanzania where Head Mistress joins the Dar Es Salaam Hash House Harriers. A block of ice does not last long in the East African sun, so you must be quick to sit on it before it melts, or use it to keep the local Safari Beer cold.

Palm Springs is southern California’s answer to fun in the sun all winter long. The new Palm Springs H3 fills the void left when the Betty Ford Rehab Hash retired gracefully after 30 wonderful years. A short drive from Palm Springs across the desert highway is the upcoming Phoenix Red Dress Run held in honor of the dearly departed Lady in Red.

Quick Drawers traveled to Hong Kong to attempt four hashes in four days. Could he do it? Read his account to find out. Hong Kong is a short flight from Chengdu, which will host one of two All China Nash Hashes this year. For those who can’t make it to Chengdu this month, head to All China Nash Hash Two in Beijing this September.

The prolific HHHiggins, mastermind of Brussels Beer Odyssey in 2014 gives us a glimpse of European Hashes taking place this time of the year. April fools will be treated to 24 Belgium Brews next month. Neptunus will arise from the sea to celebrate his 65th birthday and 25 years of hashing at Dutch Nash Hash. Vienna is calling the faithful to Eurohash this May.

Jay “Hops” Hopkins interviews Hash Hero Bill “Bad Dog” Severe on the occasion of his 2500th run with the Washington DC area hashes. Find out what it takes to accumulate that many HHH runs and which memorable trails were his favorites.

Sydney will host 50 Golden Years of Hashing Down Under. If one week is not enough for you, stretch it out with another 50th Anniversary in Hobart, Tasmania.

The Interhash Fiji countdown clock is ticking. Grab your sunscreen, wax up your boogie board and plan your trip to the islands of paradise in 2018.

Check out the top Running and Racing events coming up in the Asia Pacific region over the next few months. And for the not-so-serious “hash runners” The Stockholm Absolut Hash Trash offers another month of irreverent humor.

I look forward to seeing you on trail soon.

On On,
